MG awards
The Marcel Grossmann Awards are presented at each meeting in two categories: individual awards for outstanding contributions to relativistic astrophysics, and an institutional award recognising a collaboration or facility.
Each recipient is presented with a silver casting of the TEST sculpture by the artist A. Pierelli. The original casting was presented to His Holiness Pope John Paul II on the first occasion of the Marcel Grossmann Awards.
The MG18 awards will be announced during the meeting on 5 July 2027.
